AromaConnect Application Terms and Conditions

Welcome to AromaConnect, a mobile application provided by AromaConnect, a division of The Healthywatt LLC (hereinafter referred to as "AromaConnect," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the AromaConnect mobile application (the "App"). Please carefully read these Terms before using the App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Account Registration

1.1 Account Creation: You may create an account on the App. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

1.2 Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, your personal information will be subject to our Privacy Policy (see Section 3 below).

2.1 Location Data Usage: AromaConnect may collect and use your location data to provide you with location-based services and features. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your location data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Data Deletion: Upon your request to delete your account, we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable laws.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AromaConnect regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

By using the AromaConnect App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

Terms and Conditions - Data Usage and Publication directory application form

This Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") governs the use and publication of information provided by you ("User" or "Applicant") through the application form ("Form") hosted by AromaConnect/The Healthywatt LLC ("Company" or "We" or "Us"). By clicking the "Send" or "Submit" button on the Form, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Information Provided: 1.1 By submitting the directory application Form, you grant the Company permission to collect, use, process, and store the information you have provided in the Form. This includes but is not limited to, personal information such as your name, contact details, employment history, educational background, and any other data submitted via the Form.

2. Purpose of Data Usage: 2.1 The information collected via the Form will be used solely for the purpose for which it was submitted. This may include but is not limited to evaluating your application, contacting you for further information, and making employment or service-related decisions.

3. Data Publication: 4.1 By submitting the Form, you acknowledge and agree that certain information provided in the Form may be published by the Company, as deemed appropriate, for legitimate business purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, the publication of your name, professional background, and other non-sensitive information on our website, promotional materials, or in other Company-related communications.
